Returns and Refunds

Because of the nature of our products (digital software licenses, API access, and digital services), we generally do not offer refunds once the purchase is completed and the product is delivered or access is granted.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Non-Delivery of the Product: Due to some mailing issues or server errors, you do not receive a delivery email from us.
• Major Defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur.
